Beverly Penn Named 2017 Texas State Visual Artist 3D
Beverly Penn, the 2017 Texas State Visual Artist 3-D, also finds inspiration in nature, although with wildly different results. An internationally-known sculptor, she makes filigreed works that explore contradictory ideas about the natural environment.
